When I needed these services I was extremely emotional. I knew something was wrong as my girl couldn't get up. I thought maybe a stroke. It turns out it was her heart. They took me to a private room with a quilt for her, she was a big dog. I was told stay as long as I wanted to. I stayed a couple of hours. I just wasn't ready. Not only was all the staff kind and sensitive, they went far beyond my expectations. The price was a fraction of other vets as well. I highly recommend them. Also, when I picked up my girls ashes there was a card signed by everyone and both a paw and snout print.

We have used this vet clinic several times with our Frenchie. Between allergic reactions, ear infections and toxin ingestions they a few there to help. They are very kind, easy to get into and give the best care with respect and kindness. We sure appreciate having someone so close to take care of our high maintenance dog! Thank you.

We had to bring our dog in for an emergency spay, and I cannot say enough good things about Emergency Pet Care. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate during what was a very stressful situation. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt informed and at ease throughout the process. The pricing was very fair for an emergency procedure, which we truly appreciated. We are so grateful for the excellent care our dog received and for the genuine compassion shown to both her and our family. DON'T DELAY PET TREATMENT: THE BILL WAS LOW & KITTY HOME IN 30 MINUTES! First & foremost: BRAVO this place was amazing! We have been taking our 3 pets to VCA on Seltice for a decade or more, but I have to admit their prices had me primed for a $1k emergency bill for our kitten. He had an ingrown dewclaw that got infected and advanced quickly; he needed care but we worried we couldn't afford a $500+ convenience fee, when our vet would be open in 15 hours. I called this ER to get info and they were helpful and friendly and said they were open until 10pm, and we could walk in anytime. So we brought the nervous kitten, Mr. Meowgi; vutt he's a vet-virgin (adopted with all his shots/chip/neutered) and goes from calm to absolutely terrified in a flash, due to past trauma before he was rescued...
