I have trusted Ashland rd animal clinic for years with all my dogs and was always very satisfied my sang their praises to anyone looking for a vet. Today that all changed. I know the vets are amazing but your staff needs to do a better job at scheduling. There were so many cars in the lot people couldn't park or turn around to get out. After waiting an hr after our schedule appointment I called and canceled from the parking lot. No way anybody can reasonably see that many patients at the same time.

I would recommend this place! Super friendly. I'm never rushed. Everything is explained in detail. They take care credit. Dr Durbridge has taken great care of my pets. From regular care to surgeries. 😻

I brought my cat Chester here to get neutered and to get his first shots. The ladies at the clinic asked me before the surgery if I wanted a cone for Chester after and I told them I did. When I came to pick him up, he did not have a cone on and I asked them about it and they told me that if he started to lick or pick at his area to come back for one. I think it's generally known that a cat is most likely going to lick and pick at that area after being neutered and it's safer to send them back with a cone. He was almost full grown at the time. So I get home and of course he immediately starts doing just that and we have to put him back in his carrier while I go back to the vet for the cone. The ladies gave me the cone, didn't tell me I was going to be charged for it and offered no help putt
