Have been very happy every time I have gone here! Sharol is great with my little dogs even though they are naughty! She shows a lot of patience and understanding!

I tookie my Yorkie Poo here for the second time. The first was in November for his first puppy cut. This time, he had a few... I repeat a FEW small spots that needed to be shaved since they were a bit matted, but this lady went crazy and shaved him down to the point where he looks like a damn chihuahua or an unknown breed. I didn't say anything when I was there because what could she do? Glue the hair back in place. I'm so upset. He did not need to be shaved down as much as he was. There was no way I was leaving a tip for that! I don't know if I'll be back, waste of money. Also, they need an actual websit because I'm not sure what that is and I was told they would call me when he's ready but they ONLY text and it's easy to miss. This was my second time taking my dogs to Artistic Pets. As you can see from the picture, the cut is uneven , The worst part is the tail…. Im embarrassed to even show it. They also raised the price for each dog and of course when my parents were getting ready to pay, they weren't told that it was $80 per dog!! Ill be taking my dogs somewhere else.

Artistic Pets have been great! They took great care of my parents dog and we went to them for our new puppy from the beginning. They have always been patient with him and take great care of him while he is there, and he always comes out looking great! Definitely recommend!

They always do a great job with my dog Darby. It's important to me to know that wherever I take her, that the people who work with her are dog lovers, and you can absolutely tell that's the case here! They take great care of my pup, who's usually very nervous outside of her home, and they don't crate her while she's waiting for me either! Love the care she gets and the staff here.
