I bought a great rug from them then saw it was $1000 less on Amazon. Knowing I’d much rather pay them than Amazon I called Jeff, the owner and he was very easy breezy about it and said, “no problem just send me the Amazon listing and I’ll credit you back the difference.” That was incredibly kind because they wouldn’t make any money on that. I told him to only credit $700 because they need to get paid for their work and overhead. Also it’s invaluable to be able to actually see the rug in person first. So thank you Jeff

I haven't purchased a rug from Artisan Rug Gallery, but I did have an unfortunate interaction with one of their drivers today—and it was enough to leave a lasting impression. While driving on I-70 West, their company vehicle abruptly cut me off, nearly causing a serious accident involving both myself and my husband. What was most upsetting wasn’t just the dangerous maneuver, but the complete lack of awareness or concern from the driver—even after I honked in response. It was as if he had no idea what he had just done. After the incident, I called the store and spoke with a very kind and understanding sales clerk. She listened patiently and explained that the owner was in a meeting. I appreciate her professionalism, and she is the reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1. I sinc

This is a great store. The shop has a ton to offer. There are various types and styles of rugs. The people who work there are knowledgable about the rugs, very nice and helpful.
