I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. From the moment we walked in, the entire team showed genuine compassion and care. They took the time to listen, answer every question, and make sure my pet felt comfortable and safe. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, and the staff treats every animal like their own. You can tell they truly love what they do. I’m so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and the excellent care they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet that goes above and beyond!

We called to get our cat in for an emergency visit, and even though they had never seen her before they got us an right in. The staff and doctor were incredibly kind and saved us so much stress and worry. They got her checked out and fixed up quickly and by the time our appointment was over I could already tell she was feeling better - I would recommend this vet to anyone!

We met Dr White for the first time yesterday. She was wonderful and I will continue to request her. My kitty Gus was so comfortable with her. She was very thorough, communicated, and didn’t rush the appointment. I highly recommend her.

I love this place! Everyone is so kind and caring. My dog was having a medical emergency, we raced to Arnold Animal Hospital. They literally saved his life, with 10 minutes notice we were coming. We have been going there for quite a awhile, and always liked it, but this was an example of above and beyond!

I have been a loyal customer of Arnold Animal Hospital for over 10 years, but unfortunately I can no longer recommend them. It feels like they’ve taken on far too many clients, and the quality of service has gone downhill because of it. If you call for an appointment, they’re regularly booked out more than two weeks. They also claim to offer “day-of appointments” if you call right at 7:30am — but every time I try, I’m immediately put on hold, only to be told after several minutes that all the slots are already filled. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a broken system. I’ve now had to go to other vets multiple times just to get my dogs seen for simple medication needs, which is unacceptable after being a customer for a decade.
