Over the past 25 years, I' ve had 4 dogs cared for by arlington veternary center. I feel so lucky for that. The doctors and techs and office staff are wonderful, bright, skilled and kind. I have trusted them to board our pups, vaccinate and treat our pups and finally help them die. We recently had to put our last one down. I will miss this group of caring professionals.

I brought my dog, Yoko; Aussie Blue Heeler Mix here for just over 3 years. Dr. Waldman did an INCREDIBLE job each time. Not only did I feel welcomed each time by the secretaries, (Leigh always had a big smile) but even when things were tough and emotional, I felt the care and passion that they have for each and every persons animal(s). Especially mine, Yoko used to dislike going to the doctors at our previous vet in a different state, but here, she genuinely was ready to get out of the car. Maybe it was the treats she got, but either way, she treated with love. Their knowledge is incredible and they break things down so an average pet owner can understand various symptoms/diseases. They carefully point you in the right direction for weight and over health and give you preventative awarene

We have a dog who loves to frequent the vet and everytime we go, the staff is amazing and friendly. They remember our dog and show him so much love that he wags his tail even when he is in pain. Thank you AVC for your compassion and knowledge.

I brought my cat there. The doctor and nurse /assistant were nice to my face but when they left the room, I heard one of them right outside the door make a comment saying "she doesn't know when to pet her cat?" and then giggling. I knew they were talking about me. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the fact that they were talking about a patient's mother (My cat is the patient) behind their backs and making fun of them made me cry while they were gone and really hurt my feelings. This was so unprofessional. I will never go back. I have never been treated this way at any medical facility ever. I felt ashamed and humiliated. If they wanted me to pet my cat they should have communicated that to me to my face. I absolutely love my cat and would do anything for her and it was so insultin

I requested repeat lab work on my dog’s liver functions. I was told liver functions cannot be run alone, totally fine. I said run the panel that contains this. The vet tech stated she would communicate this to the vet. My dog was pretty reactive that day and was finally calm and rather than have the vet leave to give me a quote on the bloodwork (the leaving and coming back would reactivate my dog) I told them to go ahead and run the bloodwork, thinking no matter how much the CMP (the single panel I requested) cost, I would happily pay for it. The vet comes back in and reviews additional bloodwork that was not part of the CMP. I asked why this was done, and she noted that this is what she thought I approved. When I asked the vet tech why this had been run and my wishes had not been communic
