ARL Afford-a-Care East

It's currently 4:30 pm. We just left their office. We arrived before 1:30 and was told it was going to be a one and a half hour wait for a check up for our dog. Which was unfortunate but we decided to wait. They said to wait in our car at the parking lot. We waited for an hour and forty five minutes and called inside to get an update because our dog was getting a restless. They told us we were next. An hour later I go in to see what's going on. They said o your next. Bring our dog inside and wait another thirty minutes where he starts crying. We decided if they made my dog cry before even seeing him by making him wait for over three hours without knowing what's going on. There was no reason to have trust that their care is any better. I’ve always taken my dogs to afford-a-care since they were puppies. Not only because they’re affordable, but because their staff always take good care of them from the beginning to the end. I’ve tried other vets and have gotten a different experience, which is why I’ll always choose afford-a-care and always refer my family and friends to them. Thank you to the whole team at both afford-a-care locations!

Love this place! We were seeing another clinic for our dog, approximately 2ish years. Was disappointed with the way I was treated at that clinic. Low Cost Spay Clinic is a refreshing change. Staff are all so welcoming & friendly. It is obvious they truly love animals. My pup and I are so happy to have found them. Niki is amazing!

Younger black haired Lady at the front desk has an attitude about being busy. if she doesn’t like the job she needs to quit. No need to be rude when walks in come in and you’re busy. Sounds like a typical business problem. Don’t work if you don’t understand being busy.

I called everywhere nearby to see about pricing for an ear infection. Just about every place I called quoted me about $250. I got my boy taken care of you less than half of that price here! They are (mostly) all so nice too!
