Both the tech and veterinarian where amazing with Mocha! He is my first reptile and they where extremely non judge mental with the learning curve . Also extremely reasonable prices. Medication + Exam brought me to a total of only $108 . 10/10 experience and will be brining him back

Our sweet boy Kobe was treated with so much empathy and love today for his first visit at this office! They came highly recommended from all of our neighbors here in Utica. He is a 5 year old boxer and injured his front left leg earlier this week. We gave it a few days in hopes of healing with no luck. I couldn’t stand to see my boy in pain any longer, and was seeking advice. I called in today around 3:30pm for information, and Jenny was seriously the best! She answered all of my questions, gave insight, and went over potential pricing. We called back 10 minutes later to schedule, and she was able to work us in same day an hour later. I was so relieved he wouldn’t be in pain over the weekend. The technicians and veterinarian were all so thorough & compassionate! I would 100% recommend this

The staff was great, the vet was accommodating and friendly, there were a few things that keep me from a 5 star but overall very happy with the service and was able to drive up and get meds last minute to avoid emergency service costs so that is why there is 4 stars alone. Our bunny who gave birth and the one baby that survived are both thriving ! We just got our baby back from foster mom and it’s the spitting image of mom :)

Everytime I've come here, I've felt nothing but kindness and efficiency. All the staff members are super sweet and they answer any and all questions I may have. They've always gotten to the bottom of the issues my pets may be experiencing. You won't find a more affordable vet area. And finding an avian vet is hard enough as it is. They won't make you do testing unless it's necessary and will try to save you some money. I thought my bird was a goner, but their quick thinking and service saved her life. I cannot be more grateful to them!

I have been going to Ark veterinary hospital for many years now and have been very happy switching to them seeing my tortoises from a different veterinary hospital. The staff will take the time to explain what is going on with your pets and I do truly believe they care for your animal. They have been wonderful with my tortoises over the years and my cavalier King Charles. And the most important thing is…every time I call, they are always there for us! So thank you Ark Veterinary Staff!
