I am beyond grateful for the entire team at ARK Animal Hospital. From the front desk staff to the technicians to the veterinarian, every single person we encountered was compassionate, professional, and truly incredible. I have absolutely no complaints, only appreciation. After spending two stressful days trying to get my dog the help he desperately needed, including a visit to 2 ER vets where one gave us no clear answers and sent us home and the other didn’t give him any care he truly needed, ARK stepped in immediately. They made time for him, took action, and identified what others had missed. It turned out he had a severe blockage caused by a buildup of hair in his stomach that was clogging his intestines. The staff here was so patient and caring during this hard time both my pet and myself. They gave me very detailed information about what the issue was and the possible solutions. My pet ended up having surgery and they were absolutely amazing with her. The day of her follow up my pet didn’t want to enter the building and the staff actually came outside to cheer her on and eventually they got her to go in on her own! I hope we don’t need Urgent Care again but if we do, this will be my first stop! Thank You!

Absolutely love all the staff here! So compassionate, loves all the animals, knowledgeable, empathetic and so kind. I can never thank them enough for the continuous help and all they do for my babies. Highly recommend! Brought my other baby in, 18.5 years old, she’s my everything also. I’m so glad I went to ARK.

We had a great first time visit! Everyone we talked to were so nice,friendly and real. Our baby (Minnie) even loved it. Thank you guys so much. They found the problem with Minnie yesterday and today she is already showing improvement. Thank you all so much and we will love to come see you guys again in 2 weeks!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable people! If I could give more stars I would. My poor girl went here twice. The first time i took her here, I couldn’t figure out what was wrong, she wasn't her playful self, she didn’t want to eat her food. They offered me different ideas / plans we could do. Including bloodwork, x rays, medication. We ended up doing bloodwork which showed a little bit of anemia. Later on in the appointment the doctor asked if i dropped off a poop sample to my vet. She indicated that something could be triggering the anemia. I left that day with putting my girl on a bland diet, i was sent home with medicine as well to help with vomiting. Fast forward to a couple days later, it was the weekend i was waiting on my regular vet for the results of her poop to see if she had
