If you want your dog to die don’t take it to this clinic. Veterinarian Brittany Osejo is EVIL pure and simple. We took our dog to this clinic and spent $1,150.00 in tests because they said it was Pancreatitis and tests came back negative for Pancreatitis. Then, we went a second time and veterinarian Osejo said that “perhaps” it was Cushing’s Disease and refused to do tests immediately and send us home and three hours later our beloved dog passed in our hands. We will be filing charges civilly and criminally against this Veterinarian. You will be SAVING your dog’s LIFE by avoiding veterinarian Osejo and this CLINIC at all costs!!!

I am so disappointed with Veterinary Medicine in general and especially with this veterinarian. I took my 15lb Poodle mix to this clinic because my other Veterinarian does not do orthopedic surgeries. I was told my dog had a ACL-ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT TEAR by my vet and that this clinic did this type of surgery. I made an appointment and the Vet spent at MOST 5 minutes with my dog and confirmed the other vets diagnosis. ACL tear. Surgery would be $4000 and requires 8-16 weeks of rehab which we must keep dog calm restricting mobility to promote healing! X-rays would be taken prior to surgery. I couldn't afford the surgery but booked an appointment and applied for the credit card they promote. But THANKFULLY I decided to look into this issue online and found a lot o

If you have a cat, I’d avoid bringing them to this vet. Just had to go through the process of bringing my cat to three different visits in 4 days because they couldn’t diagnose her properly. She wasn’t eating or drinking for days and they didn’t think to properly check her teeth or do X-Rays and it wasn’t until I pushed them on the third visit I was there did they check properly and find major abscesses in her molars and had to pull them. Got charged $350 for the first visit, $463 for the second visit, and $1,880 for the third visit which was surgery. Spoke to Dr. Williams and voiced my frustration and he clearly showed he didn’t care. This was such an underwhelming experience that it caused a family that’s been taking our cats to this vet for almost 10 years to no longer do so in the futu

I went in there for the one dollar special to treat a kitten that I rescued a week ago. Everybody was super sweet. The place is very clean.. It’s close to my house. Everything is perfect. Except for that one dollar turned into $293 for a simple eye infection that my little kitten had. When I got home, I checked the prices for the medication’s online. Because I didn’t realize it, and until I left that I didn’t have to buy the medication from them. They could’ve written me a prescription. They were a fraction of the cost blind than what they had sold them to me. I was not given a prescription I was given the medication opened by them to they show me how to apply it, they were stealth in “making you trust the specialist”. They also told me that blue eye cats have the issue of dry eye.

I brought my boxer Meatball to have his eye examined after noticing it was swollen to make sure he didn’t have a scratched cornea. I was able to make a same day appointment with Roxy who answered the phone when I called early this morning. She was fast and efficient in making sure I could schedule an appointment today. Both Roxy and Cory that were at the front reception were very kind and helpful. Dr. Williams and Nurse Teresa are absolutely wonderful at their job. My dog is scared of men, scared of going to the vet, and the way they treated Meatball putting him at ease and being very gentle with him I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m so grateful after all these years living in Miami I have finally found a vet that I can trust and feel safe with. I’m an anxious dog mom and they were so nice
