Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - North Miami Biscayne

Our dog had a cyst on her back that burst, began bleeding, and she began biting at it. We decided to make an appt at Petfolk and it was an excellent experience. It is a well-designed and clean clinic, with great staff. Jeremiah, the vet assistant who saw us, had a wonderful and calming way with animals. The vet who examined her was also very professional. The price was reasonable and we came away with a cleaned wound and needed medication. A very impressive clinic! We would not hesitate to come back, if needed.

I can’t say enough good things about Petfolk North Miami Biscayne. I brought my puppy, Kodak, in because he was throwing up, very lethargic, and clearly not himself. I was extremely worried and even arrived much earlier than my scheduled appointment. They immediately put us in a room and Kodak was seen right away. The staff was absolutely amazing kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Kodak was treated so gently and with so much compassion from start to finish. Being new to the area, I was nervous about where to take him, especially with how many places tend to overcharge or take advantage when you’re scared for your pet. This was NOT that place. The pricing was very affordable, transparent, and fair, which I truly appreciated. Kodak is feeling so much better now, and we were sent home

We’ve had nothing but great experiences at this clinic. Everyone is genuinely kind, patient, and clearly cares about the animals they treat. Appointments never feel rushed, and the team takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which really helps put both pets and owners at ease.

Everyone here is wonderful. The staff show a deep caring for the wellbeing of our cats. We lost one of them due to cancer and they were extremely supportive throughout the process. I am so happy we found Petfolk. We have been through so many so-so vets and this is the first time I’ve been through impressed. Clean facilities, top notch staff, easy to reschedule bookings and communicate with our vet through text messaging. We have had about 6 visits with them so far and we have been recommending them to all our friends.

We got a new puppy in February and decided to come here and we absolutely love this place! The staff is very kind and professional, always well-prepared, and ready to share valuable information. On top of that, the facility is beautiful and welcoming. We recommend it 100%! There’s so much to offer, just make sure to adapt the services to your budget. And definitely get the membership it’s amazing and will save you a lot of money.
