Fully recommend this vet. Fit me in on short notice and handled my cat’s end of life service very professionally after many other places put me through the wringer. Because of their willingness to help, my cat didn’t have to get to a point of suffering + pain while waiting in limbo. Cat tax added 🌈❤️

We have been seeing Dr. Suh for a few years now. Their staff seemed friendly. However, my dog went in recently for a suspected ear infection. He told us that it was just “seasonal weather allergies” so they did some cleaning. Two hours later, we noticed that she completely lost all of her hearing. She couldn’t even hear our front door opening and closing. She couldn’t hear us screaming her name. It was very scary. We called the vet the next day and whoever answered the phone at the front desk was also very concerned. They had us come in as soon as there was availability, which we appreciated. During the follow-up appointment, they said nothing was wrong and that it will eventually get better with time. My puppy has been under Dr.Suh's care since 2021. Dr. Suh has been very thorough for the examination and very compassionate for the care. My puppy loves to be at Dr.Suh's office even with all the shots and procedures. Our family dirve more than an hour to give the best care to my puppy because Dr.Suh is the best. Thank you Dr. Suh!

We took our eight week old boxer puppy there to get his shots when we got him because they were done there from the owner of the puppies when we bought them twice. We had concerns of the puppy having a urinary track infection and took him to this animal hospital, and we even mentioned it on follow ups, and we were assured that the puppy did not have any such thing seven months later, the dog starts having major problems. We take it to a different animal hospital and the dog had a major urinary track infection. His urine stunk so bad it was horrible, and it was the exact same way that it had smelled from the time we took the puppy to Arbutus animal Hospital. Always a pleasant and quick experience. Appointments are kept short and sweet. I have been going here since I got my first cat when I was a todler. I have laughed, cried and smiled again as these wonderful people help me take care of my pets. After the loss of my Siamese Zoey last fall, they sent a card and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to her. A few months later they helped me welcome a 3 month old Siamese/Tabby mix, Jaeda, to the family. I will always trust these great people with my pets.
