Absolutely love this place. You have no idea how cool the fish selection is until you take the time to just get up close and personal with the fish tanks and see all the different coloration. ESPECIALLY WITH THE FRESH WATER FISH. The plants are amazing too. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Extremely knowledgeable and welcoming owners. Any and every question I've asked them was handled with the best care without making me feel stupid. The animals are well cared for, the store is one of the cleanest I've seen, and the owners are very transparent. Finally an alternative to Petco and Petsmart for fish.

Hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful guys I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with when it comes to aquatics. They know what they're doing, and it shows! Store is spotless clean, the fish are healthy and well kept. This is my go to place for aquatics needs. Well worth the hour and a half drive. Highly recommend!

I came from Minneapolis, just to check this place out. The variety is decent. Prices are pretty high, comparatively, but it's in the middle of nowhere, so that's to be expected. But the reason I only have 2 stars is this: I IMMEDIATELY noticed ich on several of the specimens in the tank of ruby tetras. These are TINY fish, that swim in a jerky, start and stop fashion. It's not easy to single one out. These were so infected, that I didn't have to look hard at all. There was NOTHING to indicate the owner gave a damn about selling these. When I inquired off he knew about it, he became gruff, told me he was will aware, and was "treating it. " Again, no sign to indicate a medicated tank OR an infected tank.
