The staff are always friendly and respectful of our pet Zoe < br />They immediately respond to our arrival and get her quickly into a room so she is able to calm down before her exam. < br />The staff treat her gently and with kindness. < br />The care is exceptional and explained through every step of the process. < br />All concerns are addressed and I know what to expect. < br />Dr Flowers is tops! < br /> Dr. Flowers provides the best care and is always open and willing to listen. < br />She has a gentle and competent manner when interacting with Zoe and with us. < br />We appreciate her and her staff. Welcoming, Friendly, Considerate of time, Dr. Randy was very thorough and not rushed. I was very pleased. Honestly, Everyone was so welcoming each time I visited. Everything went well, and I love being able to text if needed and knowing it's responded promptly.

Apalachee River Animal Hospital provides the absolute best care for our pets. We choose to drive over 20 minutes to their practice, even though there are many vet practices closer to our house. The staff is outstanding in all ways, & it’s very obvious that everyone that works there truly loves animals.

The atmosphere was warm & welcoming. Staff were super nice. Wait time was nonexistent. Very pleasurable experience. The vet technician was extremely helpful and nice. Even during the follow up phone call, she didn't rush the conversation and was just overall pleasant. Staff were very attentive to my questions and took the necessary time to talk with me
