We are extremely disappointed. We have working dogs and after expressing concern of a limp 4 times it was never looked at and ended up being terminal bone cancer. We understand our K9 wasn’t going to make it either way, but finding out on the floor of an ER at 9pm isn’t exactly fun. It’s shocking when you have no time to prepare losing not just a dog, but your partner for 8 years, one who saved 5 dementia adults and 3 autistic kids lives. Our second K9 was being treated for hip arthritis with shots. After taking her to rehab the rehab specialist suggested X-rays. X-rays showed spinal stenosis with minimal to no arthritis. I absolutely love this vet's office. Dr. Alex and staff are truly amazing and caring. Sadly, we lost our fur baby, but the doctor sent us a beautiful card with heartfelt and kind words. Thank you so much for the care and love you showed us and our beloved pet. He will truly be missed ❤️

Super friendly and very helpful staff. My wife and I had a lot of questions, some of which were more relevant althan others, but the staff was more than accommodating for us and answered them all, even for some of our cats not present for a visit that day. Lefty was a real sweetheart too! ❤️ Several more visits later for dental care and a cyst later, nothing has changed. If anything, I have MORE confidence in this clinic now. Everyone at this clinic makes it so much easier to go to the vet. Nobody wants to go, especially with a troublesome cat like my Maggie, but despite her aggression (she was scared)my concerns were taken seriously and met with empathy and professionalism. I wasn't told "Nope. Get her out." Like at Greys and Strays. Her cyst was drained, tested benign and all my quest

I wasn’t going to leave this review, as I had already spoken my peace to a higher up at the vet. Although, since then I’ve unsurprisingly met many individuals with a similar story. So clearly, they’re not doing anything to remedy their disrespectful staff problem. It started when we had to put our first baby boy down. The experience was absolutely awful, they had no idea someone was coming in say goodbye to a pet. They made us leave and sit in our car while they scrambled to find a room for us. I still regret not driving away at that moment, to this day. They were not caring either, during the process. There was no communication, and before I knew it my beloved boy was deceased. I felt robbed. The only saving grace for them is they didn’t kick me out of the room while I held my boy’s body

Been taking Lola there for years. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. I think she looks forward to going for her visits. Everyone is very professional and always has the time to explain any situation. Thank you for the services you provide
