Lots of cats & dogs to choose from. Adopted a young female and she was a perfect fit. These folks are doing a thankless job for these critters. So...THANK YOU! They could use donations of $$, paper towels, food, etc. as well as volunteers to help with daily chores. Keep up the good work!!!

I have been trying to help some barn kitties get rescued where I am. Unfortunately AWL is way over capacity to be able to help, but I did speak with Kelly, and she was a huge help. I know she felt bad not being able to help these kitties. I did go and get 4 big bags of dog/cat food to drop off and they were extremely grateful. I got to go into the cat room and there are some wonderful and friendly kitties there looking for good furever homes. One even jumped right up to get some loves. If you are an animal lover, please consider helping these fine folks out in their mission to give these animals a better life. They are always accepting donations, and would also be able to help you find a loving new family member.

My daughter and I volunteered a few hours here. We folded laundry, sheets and covers. Then we got to walk some dogs! It was a great ideal since she really wants a pet. If you have a animal shelter near you, they can always use a few extra hands! They also could use your unwanted sheets and covers!

I'm volunteering there and if you love cats and dogs this will Sooth your soul!

The staff here are amazing. They go out of their way to find you a forever friend that works best for you. The animals are always taken care of. The facility is always clean and staff always shares as much information on the animals as they have. They know the temperament of almost every animal in there and can tell you what dog fits best for you. They helped my find my forever friend and im so grateful for that.
