such such lovely people that I was met with today. my dog got hit by a car and I have never experienced this before so I looked up the closest emergency animal hospital and called this place. I was panicking on the phone, everything happened so fast, but the lady I spoke with was so nice and understanding. Everyone here from the vet to the nurse to the front desk staff, everyone treated us so nicely and was very respectful. The loss of our pup hurt my heart bad, they even offered us a print of his paw print to take home with us. Such lovely people, to the staff if you’re reading this: truly, thank you❤️ thank you for taking care of our pup Milou and thank you for treating us so kindly, God bless. Definitely coming back here for any future fur babies we may have.

We had a great experience with Dr. Eginton and the entire staff. Captain had a huge lipoma removed (2.3 lbs!), and everyone was kind, reassuring, and easy to talk to from start to finish. Dr. Eginton explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable about the surgery, and the staff took such good care of Captain. His recovery has been going well and we couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommend!

When I brought Spot in last week, I honestly had no idea how sick she was. We had only had her for a few days a saw a fast downward spiral. From the moment we walked in the door the interaction we had with everyone was amazing! They made us feel like she would be taken care of. It felt like more of a home, than an Emergency Vet. While I never want to return, this would be the only place I would ever bring my animals. Thank you to everyone that helped make Spot feel better. 💕

We had a consult for our 15 month old Boston Terrier, Ellie, with Dr Eginton and vet tech Becky for having breathing issues when she is playing hard. They performed a thorough exam and provided a very comprehensive diagnosis and proposed corrective action. Dr Eginton provided a detailed explanation of the condition and the steps to correct it. They took great care to keep Ellie calm and comfortable during the visit.

After having to take my 16 year old pup to them for an urgent gallbladder surgery, I was met with a great, understanding staff that not only treated me with respect but also my pup. They kept me updated on all procedures and have made calls since then to make sure my pup is progressing well. They treated her as if she was theirs and I truly appreciated that.
