Animal Services Center - City of Wichita Falls

In my short visit today I witnessed so much compassion for someone having to surrender their pet, a group of high schoolers who genuinely wanted to volunteer and help out, and staff who are clearly trying their hardest in an incredibly demanding environment. Thank you so much for helping me register my cat with the city. ❤️ and for everything you all do day in and out for the furry residents of the city

this shelter killed my pregnant cat that was there for 10 days “for more space”. the staff had no remorse they are very heartless people. my sweet girl didn’t deserve that! no animal does.

Nine years ago I adopted my beloved cat, Cinnamon, from here. They said a farmer found him and his brother and his property, but no mama cat so he brought them in. His brother sadly passed away a few days after we got him, but Cinnamon is as rambunctious as ever. He was 2 1/2 weeks old when I adopted him, already eating kibble! I'm very greatful to everyone working here, you guys blessed me with my baby ❤️

Gave my fiance a huge attitude when reporting our cat missing and asked if they seen him. Just go look for your animals and dont bother with this absolute joke of a business. Need to either train their staff or just call it quits since dealing with people must be too hard for yall

My veterinarian no longer offers the city license tags so after getting his checkup and rabies shot done at the vet we had to go to the Animal Services Center for the required City license. There was not a waiting line. The associate who helped me was kind and friendly. I didn't have my dogs microchip information with me so she went out to put vehicle and reached inside the window and scanned my dogs microchip. She then had all the information she needed to complete my city license registration. I asked her to write down the microchip number and the company information who has the information for the microchip. All of this was done in a timely manner. Very polite and helpful employee.
