This vet’s negligence nearly killed my dog. He only survived because I took him elsewhere. My dog started to experience abdominal pain, swelling, diarrhea, and loss of appetite so I took him here to get help. When he got there they proceeded to ONLY run blood tests on his kidneys and electrolyte levels. They did not run the standard CBC blood test that any normal vet would have run. They proceeded to just send me home with no answers and said to bring him back the next day for some barium studies. They proceeded to be extremely careless with my concerns and said everything looked fine and sent me home with no answers or solutions AGAIN. I had to call back to only be told to feed him chicken and rice. He continued to have extremely runny diarrhea multiple times a day. His swelling continue

Best vet experience I've ever had. My dog was fighting something for months, and they always made time to see her. Every single time a weird new symptom came up, they fit me in. I had to wait a while sometimes, but it was worth it. They listened to every concern, and every single "gut feeling" I had with open minds, never discounting my concerns or brushing off my questions. Ultimately we weren't able to save my dog, not for lack of trying. If she could have been saved, they would have been the ones to do it. Even though the end result broke my heart, I wouldn't have changed anything about the way they handled it. Not likely to have another dog anytime soon, but if I ever do, this will be the only vet I see.

The doctor was amazing with my 13-year-old blue heeler. She was very caring and took all the steps to help my dog. She got blood work x-rays everything done in one day and then got him in for surgery the next day. She is an amazing veterinarian and I highly recommend her.

I went to neuter my cat and the vet was super professional and kind. I made an appointment and dropped him on Tuesday 8am. The vet went through what options there were to treat for him and each options have the exact cost listed so the visitors are aware what they are signing up for. She let me to have total control over what they will provide for Simba and that was super helpful for me considering the tight budget that I have being a student. After consulting with the vet, I left the clinic and later they called me to pick him up around 11:30am. He peed in the cage so I kinda regreat not putting a towl on the bottom. But regardless of that, I loved the visit!! It has been 10 days after he got neutered. He was groggy the first two days and had a hard time with adjusting having a cone on

I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my 8-year-old cat in for a dental cleaning because she wasn't eating well. The vet told me it was okay to proceed. After the procedure, she wouldn't eat, drink, or move. Following their advice, I waited 48 hours, syringe-feeding her to provide nutrients. By the third day, she couldn't walk straight and struggled to use the litter box. I rushed her to the emergency vet in Midvale on a Friday night, where they told me she would have died that night if I hadn't brought her in. Sadly, that was the night we lost her. My heart is broken, and I deeply regret choosing this vet for her dental work. I cannot recommend animal medical services.
