We absolutely love Animal Medical of Loudoun (Ashburn)! From the moment we walk in, the entire staff is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, and you can truly tell they love what they do. Ajax actually loves coming here (which says a lot for a vet visit 🐾). He’s always greeted with such warmth and patience, and that immediately puts us at ease. We never feel rushed, and every question is answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. Dr. Myzie’s attention to Ajax is especially reassuring. The care, detail, and compassion shown at every visit make us feel completely confident that Ajax is in the very best hands. You know… i feel so conflicted about rating this place one star. The vet i dealt with was AMAZING and the vet nurses that assist the vet? AMAZING. If awesome vets is what youre looking for, this really is a gem of a place. I called this establishment concerned for my new kitten and her clawing at her ears. They saw me QUICKLY and they were ALL sweet and kind and some of the best vet care i ever could have hoped for. Really. Theyre the best. I am rating them one star because of price transparency and what i feel was deceitful bait and switch practices when it came to billing me for pet care. I brought my kitten in for issues with her ears. The first visit was 400$. During that visit, i asked to set up a spay and microchip. We had such a wonderful experience at Animal Medical Center of Loudoun with Dr. Rawls when our bulldog was dealing with kennel cough. From the moment we called, their team was incredibly responsive and able to get us in the same day, which gave us so much peace of mind. Dr. Rawls was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We especially appreciated that they were able to perform x-rays in house, allowing for quick answers and a timely treatment plan without any added stress or delays. The staff are competent and caring. My dog was comfortable in the space and with the employees. It’s great that holistic services are an option. Two locations provide extra flexibility. We’re happy with our choice of this vet.
