Everyone at AMC of Seattle was so kind and compassionate. They allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted while cared for my beloved Greyson. I appreciated their honesty and nonjudgmental approach to help me make the hardest decision possible for my furbaby. He was only 7.5 yrs old but his kidney disease and progressed so quickly; sadly, the best thing to do for him was to put him to rest. A week later, they sent me a card with kind messages from all the staff that cared for us🥹 AMC was the 2nd 24 hr emergency vet I took him too and I wish I had taken him here in the first place. Their knowledge and level of care is far superior. When I’m ready for another pet, AMC will be the only place I’ll take them.

We are so grateful for the team at Animal Medical Center. Our dog Lhotse was hospitalized for 5 days with elevated liver levels and we’ve had a few follow ups since. All the staff we interacted with from the front desk to surgeons and the Dr’s treated us with absolute kindness, professionalism, and compassion during difficult times. We spent many hours in visitation with our dog near the holidays, and they accommodated without hesitation. We were given options of care with costs every step of the way which was very helpful and transparent. The team and specialists here are so knowledgeable. My boy Geo was seen urgently a couple of weeks ago because he had loss the use of his back legs. He needed an emergency MRI and a Neurologist consult. Dr Drury was assigned to his case. Geo had compression of his T11 and T12. Dr Drury did his surgery the next day on his spine. He called me and explained everything throughly what's was found on the MRI. After surgery he called me to tell me that Geo did fine and would remain in ICU for a couple of days. Once I brought Geo home with detailed information on his care and he gave me a follow-up call the next day. He let me know that there office was available 24/7 and to call if I had any questions. The staff and nurses were wonderful and Dr. Drury was caring and excellent bedside manners. My follow-up was today for a 2 week post-op appointment

Caring walk-in emergency clinic. Responsive and thorough. Prioritize emergencies, so bring patience, a phone charger, snacks & crossword puzzles or something you enjoy. Glad they have neurology specialists for my dog who has seizures.

It’s already stressful having to take your little one to vet when you know something is not right. The gentleman we had our consultation with was wonderful. Positive, thorough, honest and patient. He asked all the right questions and took such detailed notes. I’ve never felt more listened to. It was calming in a tense situation. I knew my Lu was in good hands. I’ve already recommended this clinic to a friend. Wish I lived closer but it was well worth the travel.
