Richmond Beach Animal Hospital

Dr. Jab Mortimer has been my veterinarian for about 20 years but the Richmond Beach office is fairly new. I’ve been impressed with the front office staff and the Veterinary Technicians. The office is lovely. Dr. Mortimer stays current on veterinary science and treats his owners with compassion and respect. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this vet team! They take amazing care of my dog, Rico, and always make him feel comfortable and well cared for. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate, and they take the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. It’s clear they love animals, and I always leave feeling that Rico is in the best hands. Highly recommend! 🐶💙

I was very pleased with this business. The space has parking, is clean with a very friendly staff. I brought my newly adopted 10 year old bulldog to them because they specialize in aging and seem very knowledgeable with Missy Elliott’s needs. My concerns were addressed, the doctor was gentle and very kind with Missy. I’m grateful to have found a wonderful veterinarian close to home.

We've had a dozen dogs over the years and experienced veterinary services from other places. Dr. Jeb Mortimer and team have provided us with reliable veterinary care since our dog was just a wee pup. From then to maturity, they've been with us and we've learned a lot. This is a well run clinic with a friendly receptionist team. We are grateful to find a vet where you're not just part of the herd. Everyone at the Richmond Beach location is so friendly and helpful. The office is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The client services team is so accommodating and consistent - they are always so positive and sweet. All of the vet assistants and techs are kind and care for Tate with a lot of love. They are really knowledgeable and patient, especially when I have very silly questions! We usually see the folks at the Northwest location (and love everyone there!!), but having the Richmond Beach clinic only 5 minutes away has been a great experience every time we’ve been in, which is many!
