I absolutely LOVE this vet! I rescued a little 7 week old kitten on a Saturday and brought her here the following Tuesday. The online booking made the process super easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They answer my questions via email very quickly. Dr. Stickland is very knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciate that she spent the time in the room with us answering any and all questions we had. The facility is super clean and easy to find. I highly recommend the animal medical center of Chandler to all pet owners!

The staff and doctors here are incredible. I have a high anxiety dog and they worked with me to find the best time to come in, as well as implement great tactics to complete the services needed (distracting with treats, moving him to lower stress rooms, etc.). Their website is seamless to use and schedule an appointment, they’re communicative before and after an appointment, and want the best for your dog per what works for you. I couldn’t recommend more.

We can’t say enough about how incredible Dr Andrea Stickland/ Dr Nathan Goodwin (aka Dr Good Hair) and the team at Animal Medical Center of Chandler are! Not only are they outstanding veterinarians, but also truly wonderful people who care deeply for both pets and their owners. As pet parents/patients, I’ve seen firsthand the passion, dedication, and expertise they bring to every patient. A few experiences that stand out were when my pets had sudden health scares. We were a bit panicked, but they immediately reassured us, fit us in right away, and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Attention AMOC business owner(s): We were emailed to update our dogs’ vaccines and called to schedule, following the front desk’s instructions to book a Saturday appointment with your tech. We received a confirmation call but no text or email confirmation, and we unintentionally wrote down the wrong time. After receiving a day-of-appointment voicemail from Jordan that we were late, we called back but were on hold for a long time. We live five minutes away and drove down, fully understanding that we may not be accommodated due to our unintentional tardiness. There were no cars in the lot and no one in the waiting room. The front desk staff, Jordan, was rude and dismissive, with a short, annoyed tone and body language implying she wanted us to leave. A simple, friendly explanation and resc
