My pet was attacked by a loose chow. I was able to bring him in- they assessed and gave me the news it could be fixed. They took excellent care of him. I was able to bring him back 5 days later to get the drain taken out. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

While living in Silver Lakes we chose Animal Med Center for our pets. We started with our beloved Dog Honey. We trusted your care 100%. After the passing of Honey, we intrduced our new family member Gracie, and you took great care with her. Sadly we moved out of state and can no longer use your facility. The wait is always a little long but I get it that the vet is called into emergencies which I respect. The staff is nice and treat my animals great! I can trust them if I leave my dog with them. They were great when I put my dog down. And honestly that’s the reason I come back with my current fur baby thank you AMC

I had an extremely upsetting experience with this clinic that left me feeling dismissed, unheard, and concerned for my dog’s wellbeing. Tony & Dr. Bell were very rude and unprofessional. I brought my dog in with a visibly swollen paw and clear signs of pain. During the exam, the veterinarian handled her paw in a way that felt aggressive despite my dog reacting because she was hurting. Instead of slowing down or attempting a gentler approach, the situation quickly escalated to suggesting sedation and adding a $100 “difficult to handle” fee, even though I did not feel that any real attempt was made to calmly assess her first. The overall attitude during the visit felt impatient and dismissive. My dog was in pain and frightened, and rather than acknowledging that, the interaction felt rush

My son had an appointment for our bulldog at 430 saturday, to get a broken nail looked at. They were in the exam room waiting, dog on leash sniffing around. When doctor (vet), came in the room, the dog was trying to sniff him. The vet told my sign to pull the dog back, twice. It appeared he was afraid of the dog, my son told him he's not going to bite just curious. The vet then asked my son if he ,my son, bites. The vet then said he has to take the dog in the back to sedate him then examine him. My son said no, you can examine his paw in the exam room. The vet left the room. A nurse came in and told my son he had to see another vet. This vet refused to treat our dog. The dog was not aggressive. The vet was rude and disrespectful to my son. The vet did not tell us his name, but the office
