Amazing knowledgeable vet who really cares and wants to help! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I am so thankful for the veterinarian here she is a true life saver! They fit you in fast and for great care are affordable. I came from out of town and had a pet emergency when my chihuahua broke his jaw and they acted fast and being a 16 year old dog they took his age and health in consideration with his treatment and went above and beyond to help my dog. I’m not from the area I’m from California so I had to google a vet in the area, there are two and I’ve been to both but do yourself a favor and go to this one! You and your pet will be in good hands. Hope this helps other travelers in need of pet care.

Everyone was so caring, compassionate, and truly sincere with the care and health of our sweet Soldier. He was our 14 year old Morkie and our child. Dr Ackerman and her entire staff treated us and Soldier with such care, thoughtfulness and kindness. We had to make the most difficult decision of our life to put Soldier to rest. But, the team made it a little softer. I’ve never seen a vet and the entire team in tears…. It just shows their love for animals and their families. Thank you all from Tim, Lawonna and Soldier.💔

I absolutely adore this practice. After years of being brushed off, my dog was finally correctly diagnosed with a chronic condition by Dr. Ackerman on an overnight stay. I can’t begin to describe how caring and competent every staff member is, and I’m going to continue to drive 2 hours for them to remain my primary vet.

Highly recommend grooming here!! Ms Lori is the best groomer near cairo! My babies come here just to get groomed by her and she knows each and every one of them, they love her!

The best vet and staff hands down. My cat Lucy was having serious issues with her bum and tummy and we were both miserable. Dr. Ackerman and the staff there (Hi Donna, Jonathan and Macy! 😃) have been nothing but kind, patient and amazing. Through their help Lucy is on the mend and doing so much better. I trust them implicitly. They didn't try and immediately recommend a lot of unnecessary tests, they really listened to me as I rambled and nearly sobbed at my wit's end trying to find help for my cat. And most of all, I've never felt like just a number to them. They always call to check up on Lucy and they genuinely care what happens to her and how she is feeling.
