My dog is VERY friendly and very good with nail trims, he’s trained a specific way to sit down and hand you his paw and then he knows to be still and let you trim his nails. The vet tech tried immediately pinning him down on the ground to trim his nails even after I told her how he’s been trained, not once trying my method. He is 85lbs and strong, she was getting no where and he was scared and confused. She brought in another employee to help her pin him down, I repeated myself and said that he was trained by a professional and would cooperate if they did it that way and the vet tech said very rudely “I’m the professional here so I’m going to do it MY way” and then literally tackled him and held him down on the hard floor, while they were trimming his nails he was howling in fear with his

Dr. Brown and his staff are amazing. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and nobody compares to them. They always get me in when it’s an emergency and have treated me with respect and kindness. My Lola might not be a fan but that’s ok, she wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Dr. Brown because of the predicaments she’s gotten herself into. Thank you for always being there for us! 😊❤️

Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Took our friend's dog in right away. Took a conservative "wait and watch" approach to the dog's issue. Normal office visit fee.

Three years ago we were new to the area and had to decide which vet to begin taking our dogs. Dr Eric Brown proved to be the most recommended vet by locals. We've regularly seen him since for the regular exams, shots, etc. The couple of times that a diagnosis and/or urgent care was needed, the dog in need was immediately fit in, regardless of how busy they were. The facility feels modern and has been immaculately clean at every visit. From the vet techs, to the people answering the phone, to Dr Brown and his vet peers, all have been both personable and professional. This is a place that cares, exactly what's needed when one of my little loved ones need veterinarian care.
