Once I go in and visit, I'll update the review accordingly. As of now, I don't appreciate that they do not note that Saturdays are blocked off if you book through Groupon. Groupon has a specific section for you to note that certain days are excluded and you guys really should update this or honor it. Bad start to business. I did not intend to take off work to take my dog here. Please update your listed offer. I see your reply, the Groupons cannot be cancelled after 3 days of purchase. You should just have the restricted dates listed on there, just like every other business on there. Thanks.

They have been there in emergencies and have always been there when you need them. The office staff that assist Dr Santiago is fabulous. They are professional, highly knowledgeable and really help run the office extremely well in an organized fashion. I'm very grateful to both the vet and her staff. My dog has had several surgeries that were necessary for removal of a few suspicious cysts one was dangerous. Dra Sheila, Nurse Paula and front desk lady …THE CARE AND KINDNESS THEY DO THERE ITS 110%! They are kind, thorough and patient staff. I came in last minute emergency kind situation without an appointment very desperate with my very fragile and sick dog and I still didnt have to wait long and VERY FAIR PRICE. They are upfront on services and worked with me on where I can save money for my dog situation which was a huge relief and help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this amazing team, they go beyond and above to REALLY help and they care for you and your pet… it’s not about a regular every day business. I dont recommend this place.they are unscruplous. My dogs wee not tread well,even though they charged a lot of money.they removed extra teeth,neglectd them,and let them fall off the operating table.very bad.they coverd it up.
