Jenny was nice upon meeting her, I explained my pup had minor matting and I explained that he moves a lot, asked for a simple puppy groom, nails , face and if she could take down his hind legs to blend with the rest of his fur….down below is a before and after picture of my pup, she expressed that he was “bad” but had an awesome pup personality and that she did “the best she could”. After expressing this incident that happened a couple months ago to a couple of groomers they assured me this never should have happened and that the groomer must have had a “bad day” I paid for Jenny to bald my puppies behind and back legs and he looked like a ghost in the face upon picking him up…he was traumatized for a couple of days so who knows what else happened, I’m new to the puppy mom thing and reall

While doing a wonderful job on my uncle's dog(I personally am not a client), I was a little disappointed that cleaning the eye-brown(whatever it's called,the brown tear stains) was not included with the cut. Otherwise a tremendous place and very accommodating!

Jen is AMAZING. SHE HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE! I have a Maltese very hard to groom, she has no problem does a BEAUTIFUL job! Her prices are very reasonable better than any other groomer I went to n Port St Lucie! Thank You Jen!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

If you are in the Port St Lucie area Florida... And tired of having your dog groomed by someone on commission $$$... I highly recommend that you call Jenny the owner and groomer of animal Kingdom spa and resort... For your pet, It's a one-on-one... You'll notice the difference... When you come to pick up your pet, And they don't run for the door to go home....(no clipper burns)... And the pets that are there waiting to be picked up... Or groomed... Are quiet and happy... Your breed will have the proper clip... It won't look like a Marine when you pick him up... Semper Fi...LOL... In other words you don't want a haircut to look like a haircut...(natural hairstyles)

Jenn is a wonderful and caring person when it comes to our babies. She is gentle and genuine. Our dogs love to visit her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
