Was able to get a same day appointment for my dog who tore her dewclaw nail the previous night. Called other local hospitals and they couldn’t take us that night or for days!!! Dr. Way was great and the staff were also. Ability to get seen when needed makes all the difference to me.

Our family switched over to this location even though it was out of the way. Our local offices seemed to be overfull and rushed. I called this location and was able to get my pet in the same week. Availability was very open and consistent. Our English Mastiff was in old age. Vets here were very thoughtful and gave her the best care. I believe their prices were reasonable for her treatments and felt they did not do unnecessary testing. We laid our baby to rest in April and your office was so kind and thoughtful. I thank your office for providing excellent care and kindness.

My 2 standard dachshunds and 2 Scottish Terriers have recently established care at RAH and are under the care of Dr. Teena Byrd. I ideally want a vet who has both the Western training and Holistic approach to caring for our pets. However, there is NO such thing anywhere near where we reside. Although we are newer to the vet practice, my dogs have received excellent care. Dr. Byrd takes the time she needs to examine and address her patients, explains clearly to owners, and has a warm, kind, and professional bedside manner. The staff have always provided excellent customer service and assistance to me as the pet owner. The clinic is impeccably clean and really well kept. So far, so good!

Wonderful staff,Techs,Dr Byrd was great Facility was spotless . Very open an inviting indoors. So glad we chose them to be our new vets. All vets graduated from world renowned schools, Tennessee, Michigan State and Auburn.

Dr Byrd and Dr Behrens are the best veterinarians I have ever had taking care of my dogs. I had to put down one of my precious dogs/Willow today and Dr Byrd was so very kind and compassionate through the whole process. I would highly recommend this veterinarian hospital to anyone that is looking for good compassionate veterinarians.
