Dr White and Tech Alyssa were absolutely amazing with our dog Rufus. They were kind, patient, and thorough. They offered cost saving suggestions, an easy to follow treatment plan for a health condition that was new to us but very serious, and the Office Manager John even came out to introduce himself and gave us a welcome bag. The customer service from the first time I called to the end of our visit was above par. I had called 5 other vet offices with questions because as stated we were dealing with a heath issue we had no knowledge of an none of them made me feel comfortable or confident in the questions I had until I called here and spoke to Sharon who not only was patient and kind,, but also called me back the next day with the answer to my questions. 10 out of 10 recommend

The entire team is kind, compassion and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question patiently and never make you feel rushed. I recently brought my 6-year-old cat, Frank, in for a wellness check and to address some ongoing vomiting issues, and I could not be happier with the care we received. The entire team was incredibly communicative, pleasant, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the plan. The food they recommended and the tips they gave us have already made such a difference — Frank is doing so much better! It's such a relief to see real improvement so quickly.
