Shelby Buckner I agree!! After being a customer for several years, yesterday I had had enough. It's just a money making operation! I was rudely talked down to in their lobby by one of the receptionist, Linda as if I were a 5 year old! I will never be back nor will I recommend this vet to anyone. And I just went in to get my dogs nails trimmed, to which they refused claiming she was being to difficult. Funny, she wasn't difficult the last 6 years you cut her nails, ultimately it was all to squeeze more money out of me as they said I would need an exam first because my dog was overdue. Maybe if your prices were more affordable people would be able to afford exams and injections, after all isn't it about the animals and not your bank accounts?? Horrible horrible reception staff as

I’ve been holding back but every single month when I pay my 70 dollars to scratch pay I’m just at such a loss 😭 My kitty had a blockage and I thought he was done for. They assured he this is common and he will be okay.. but.. that he will need to stay a few days. Everyone was being nice especially the nurse tech who was explaining what was going to happen. I assisted I could stay and make sure a bit but they assured me he would be okay come Saturday. Because I was between jobs I said I really can’t afford to go through it all but I will charge it if they think he really will be okay. Well. They told me all of that without testing his blood first. Wouldn’t that be the first thing before making such comments ? I should have went down the road, across from super Walmart at 1000 wickham.

Sam has been going to the vet every 2 weeks to get his nails down. He has grown to like his vet.

We’ve been with AHOCB for many years now, and I can’t say enough about the care and compassion we’ve received for our furry family members. Through every stage of their lives—even the hardest moments—the kindness and understanding shown by Dr. M and her staff has been above and beyond. Over the years, I’ve owned, fostered, and worked with many animals, and I’ve had experience with quite a few veterinarians. Dr. M stands out as one of the most genuine, caring, and least judgmental of them all. Knowing that our next visit will be one of the most difficult ones we have to face, it brings us comfort to know we’ll be in the hands of people who truly care for both us and our beloved pets.
