I've been bringing my cat here since I moved to the area 4 years ago, and the staff and environment are so exceptional. They are always so understanding, kind, and patient. Everyone knows what they're doing, and their communication is so thorough. The Fear-Free environment has been so helpful for both of my cats with their vet anxiety and anxiety around other animals. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone in the area.

I mostly have had very good experiences but must share some criticism from a recent issue. I have an older dog which was diagnosed here as having a collapsed trachea, producing serious breathing struggles. In 2021 she was seen by a vet here, and prescribed medication which was very effective. This problem returned this year and when we visited, were seen by another vet (the original was no longer here, I was told) and prescribed a different medication despite the same symptoms. This new medication was not only more expensive, but also worsened her symptoms. When I asked, "Could we please try the previous medication?" The answer is, "We need to see her again, and it probably wasn't the new medication making her sicker." Two basic complaints that I have: Could there be some consistency

I’ve brought my cat here multiple times and every visit has been excellent. There’s never a long wait, they always take us straight back to a room, and the staff is incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. The vets and workers clearly care about the animals they treat, and my cat is always calm and comfortable with them. On top of that, the appointments are very affordable, which makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring vet!

I have two guinea pigs that usually see an exotic vet at another clinic. I needed to get one of them in for an emergency appointment, but their typical vet didn’t have any availability. Animal Health Clinic got my pig in for a same-week appointment and were amazing to work with. Dr. Krumm was great at explaining everything she did, why she ordered a certain test, the timeline for treatment, and answering all of my questions without judgement. The tech and administrative staff were also wonderful, and the whole process of being a new patient and transferring records was easy. I did pay a lot for this appointment plus the test, definitely more than I expected, but I understand that vet care is expensive and that I was paying for good quality services. As this is the nearest vet to me, and as I do not have a car, I was initially glad to have them to take care of my first cat who, at age 16, passed away in my arms at this facility. Now, many years later, I have a new cat, and I apparently was grandfathered into not having to be denied service (for being a "new" client) nor having to pay any deposit. (I have never once been asked to do so.) However, ever since I've gone with my new cat, despite the fact that I am seeing a number of the same people who took care of my previous one, things are different. They now have a fear free policy, which sounds great. They had me fill in a form to let them know more about my pet before going. This seemed good. However, after now gone several times over the past few years, I don't like how they are tr
