Animal Health Center

I don´t even know where to start.......let me preface by saying that the women in the office as well as the veterinary assistant have nothing to do with what I am about to say. Last month, we made the difficult decision to have our 13-year-old German Shepherd euthanized and a friend recommended this place. Well, let´s just say that the reason itś been over a month that I am writing this is because I am only now getting over the experience. To start, as soon as we brought our dog in to see Dr. Blease, the very first thing he said to the assistant was ¨Did they pay?¨ No hello, no Iḿ sorry, no introduction...he was only interested in money. Best vet I've ever found. Dr Blease has a lot of knowledge & patience for animals. I'm grateful he is there when my dog is in need

Dr.blease clearly should not be practicing still, not only is he very rude he also seems to barely understand what's going on. Not only did they give my cat worm medicine without asking if we had other animals they also pushed for more procedures than necessary. If you want to relive highschool this might be the vet for you because all the staff seem to do is gossip about their clients, sometimes when you're in the other room. They are very dismissive and also were very combative during a call checking on the health of my cat because I pointed out that he had bugs on him, telling me I was wrong and to "come show him" in a very rude tone. I know what bugs look like on a cat and very clearly no one bothered to exam my animal after I raised concerns, it is really not unheard of for a cat to g

Positive first impression! We continue to really love our Puppy Visits to the Animal Health Center! Both doctors there are excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating! (Sly loves to see the chickens!!)

I hate giving a place that helps animals and low rating but, my experiences there equate to that. The first time bringing my dogs there I was appalled by the smell alone. As some one who has such a minor allergy to cats and dogs I wouldn't consider myself allergic at all, when I was here my eyes began itching and watering as well as my throat. The place was so encumbered by animal dander dirt and in general uncleanness that my barely existent allergies attacked. I don't want to know what it would have done to my husband, who actually is allergic to cats. Side note, they have a cage of kittens in the main waiting area that you can't touch. What a temptation! My kids who were with me the first time just wanted to pet them and I had to wrangle them as well as my dogs away. Put the poor kitte
