Was rushed by the doctor, by him telling my neice, my nephew, my youngest son, myself and our dying German Shepherd furr baby, that they were closing in 4 minutes and his staff does not get paid overtime. Can we all pause just a moment to absorb the sheer audacity of the veterinarian, during a VERY emotional 😭 trip to that place with my 110-lb furr baby that had ALREADY lost all energy to EVEN walk on her own!!!??? And if that were not enough of a red flag, he mentioned that very same topic 2 more times during the course of that 13 minute visit... JUST for the doctor to tell us the emergency vet hospital on Line Ave opens just within minutes of us having to leave his facility. Which, BTW, is where my neice and myself ended up being forced to take my beautiful furr baby to be euthanized, a

First impression was the worst,Shannon had a bad attitude,we went in on today and let's just her face expression says it all,the Dr was good,the other lady was nice and kind...When ask for another service it like it bothered her

Will literally turn you away even if you are showing up WITHIN their hours no matter if the situation is urgent or not. Very unprofessional and devoid of any empathy

Pleasant staff and physician, my dog, Lady has only known this vet her entire 3years of life.

I just want to thank Animal Health Center for taking care of my sister's Fur Baby. My sister was VERY emotional this morning about her "son". My sister wants to thank Animal Health Center for being so nice, friendly, prompt, affordable, and extremely helpful! Animal Health Center CARES! Please, anyone who needs their fur baby taken care of, take your fur babies to Animal Health Center for all veterinarian needs!
