We switched to this vets in the last 2 years, and I’ve been so impressed with this veterinary clinic (Dr Martin and Dr Emily to be more specific!) Their drop-off service is a lifesaver—super convenient and stress-free for both me and my pet. The team is honest, efficient, and truly cares about the animals. They explain everything clearly, never push unnecessary services, and always keep me updated. I feel confident my pet is in great hands every time. Highly recommend!

We have used this clinic since we got our dog as a Puppy 10 years ago. Fortunately he was a very healthy dog and we didn’t see them over the years a ton, except for typical check ups. Unfortunately 6 months ago our Zeus started declining in health. We had many appointments over the last 6 months until recently we had to say goodbye to our buddy. I can’t thank the staff and the all the different vets we saw during this time enough. They were always so kind and caring and always greated/treated Zeus if he was their own. On the day we said our goodbyes they made sure we were as comfortable as we could be and showed our boy the upmost respect. We are very thankful for them helping us through this journey.

We were visiting my parents for the holidays and our dog Soul always comes with us. Well, she had an ear hematoma and was in a lot of pain. Since we are from Grand Haven, we called my parent’s vet, Animal Health Associates. They were more than willing to see our dog and got her in right away. About a day and a half later, Souls ear filled again and ended up rupturing. We called AHA again, she supported me with what I was doing to help clean up Souls ear and scheduled her for surgery with them the next day. Again, this was all over the Holidays and they were all so kind, from all of the techs, the front desk, the vet and surgeons. From being a non-patient that needed immediate help for my dog, to my parents being patients and having nothing but amazing experiences with everyone here, I high

I absolutely love this place — we’ve been longtime clients and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so helpful, informative, and kind. A few months ago, we had to say goodbye to our GSP, and the team handled everything with such compassion and grace, making her so comfortable in her final moments. Most recently, I had to bring in our young cat after she was attacked by another cat in the area and developed an eye infection. I spoke with Emily Wise, who went above and beyond — she even took my call on a Sunday night. Her calm demeanor and knowledge helped me feel confident in my decisions. They saw our cat the next day and took wonderful care of her. Truly can’t say enough good things about this place. We’re so grateful for their kindness and care!

Our bulldog had nose reconstruction surgery so she could breathe better. Dr Wise did a great job! Our dog has had no issues at all and is able to breathe much better. The cost was reasonable as we were quoted much higher from other vets. We are happy and so is our little gal.
