This place only deserves 5 stars, would give them more if Google allowed. They saved our family member Bently with an exceptional team of doctors. He was really sick from a toxin, but also had parasites. Our dog couldn’t even stand and would not be alive today without their dedication. He is back to normal playing with joy only thanks to their staff. They were very professional with our options and charges. Words can not describe how grateful we are for their efforts, focus, and attention to detail in taking care of our puppy. Great team!!!!!
My beautiful tuxedo cat, Roger, had kidney stones and really bad lab numbers that indicated failure of his kidneys. We had him in the hospital for a couple of days to see if it would improve enough for surgery, and had made the decision to euthanize him if he was still too ill for surgery. That morning the lab indicated that it started going down enough to operate. He had the surgery the following day and seemed to be okay. We got him home and then he started to have problems again. We took him back and he was again with failing kidneys. We made the decision at that point to let him go. Even though we ultimately lost Roger, I know that the staff there did everything they could to save him. Of course it was expensive but that’s to be expected for the amount of care we had. Overall I felt th
I want to thank everyone who was staffed on 12/13/2025 from 12:00am-4:00am. I brought my cat, Jinx, in because she was breathing rapidly, coughing, and was lethargic. The lady I spoke to on the phone before I got there was very nice and patient with me. When I got there, a tech (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was quick to come place me in a room and take Jinx to the back to have her examined. She was very nice and expressed a genuine concern and care for Jinx that I really appreciate. Every step of the way, someone was coming in to keep me informed of Jinx’s condition and process. And they were very honest and informative about estimated costs for every test, x-ray, medication, and procedure they offered. Thank you to Dr. Cheyenne Melanson for caring so much about Jinx. She was patient an
Absolutely amazing care team. My puppy is my baby and they were so compassionate to that. I was very stressed about my baby and even the people in the waiting room were super nice and good to talk to. In times of high anxiety....it's nice to have people to talk to, help ease the mind. If I could give 10 stars....I would. 10/10. I had to add to my review because it wouldn't let me put 2. Update 10/3/25. We've had to come here twice now for medical emergencies with our puppy. Absolutely amazing group of professionals. They need 100 stars.
I’m well aware that ER vets are costly. That said, they showed zero empathy or concern for the puppy I brought in from the homeless shelter (he was left there by his owner). There was no sense of urgency, no interest in working with me on the amount, and they charged me double and only refunded me after I asked why it was $500 when they quoted me $250. And all that covered was a parvo test. I honestly could have overlooked the price tag had it come with a sense of compassion and urgency. But after waiting and waiting (no one else was there and the kennels were empty), I took the pup to another ER vet. They didn’t charge me anything, as they understood the owner was homeless. They were so compassionate in a moment when I was distraught and just trying to save a puppy’s life. Unfortunately,
