I cannot express how thankful I am for everyone at AEHV. They took such good care of our cat during his emergency surgery. He was in critical condition and due to their compassion and expertise we were able to bring our sweet boy home. Everyone we saw in person, or talked to on the phone, was so kind and supportive. I will be forever grateful 🖤

We had a really excellent experience at the animal emergency room. We were referred there by Banfield because of being after hours for an emergency surgery. Everyone was very helpful. Everyone was very sweet, loving and kind. I was concerned that the price was going to be two to three times more than what it was. That was a huge sigh of relief. We authorized payment up front which is totally normal. When they got into the surgery time, it was discovered that part of what we thought was going to be necessary was not necessary, so we were refunded 30% of our cost. They absolutely did not have to refund that 30%. They just informed us after surgery that they had already authorized a refund. So Not only was the initial shock less than what was feared, they volunteered a refund when it turned

I would like to share my experience with this animal emergency hospital in Voulusia fl First of all, we were on our trip down from New Jersey and stopped in Palm Coast. My dog had several issues like hypothyroidism, Cushing’s disease, and diabetes, with some gallbladder sludge. Friday night he started throwing up Saturday afternoon. We took him to the emergency vet. In Voulusia. We met Dr. Cassandra and Christie the tech. They were so kind and loving and did everything they could for my little seven-year-old.Biewer Terrier. His pancreas was at abnormal numbers. His gallbladder also had a severe kidney sludge and seal issue. And then his numbers shot up on everything else Sunday night. Everyone there gave him the best care ever, and the staff is the most loving caring staff. Our Milo Went o

I appreciate all the care and compassion this group of medical providers have shown us over the last year. From my cat having a seizure to my dog entering his final moments of life back in November, I thank them all for being there for us and taking the time to explain everything. Saturday my daughter’s baby started having issues post surgery and they came to the rescue for our family yet again. I am so very thankful for this group. ❤️

I am so grateful for AEHV and the care they provided my cat. My cat had orthapedic surgery in Tennessee and we drove down here to our condo the next day. Within a couple days, Callie’s paw was swollen and raw. They treated Callie with compassion and were so thorough, getting her history from the surgeon and from my vet. They treated her for several days and her paw healed. We could have taken her to a vet closer to where we were staying in New Smyrna Beach, for all the bandage changes she needed, but I knew I wouldn’t find another vet that would give her the care she got at AEHV. So we drove 45 minutes, instead of 10 minutes, each time and didn’t know how long it would take for her bandage changes, but it was worth the wait.
