I could never thank them enough for how we were treated. My dog got sick and declined bad bad in one day and one only option was the have her put down. They were so patient with me with saying goodbye to her and let me take as much time as I needed . When I went to pick her up, someone had photocopied my babies ears and nose . I’ve never seen that before and I could be more thankful they did that 😭 her ears were my favorite and I thought saying goodbye to her was the last time I’d see them. Thank you so much for everything you did for me

I brought my dog here because she was in distress. They did diagnostics and they determined that my dog had a tumor. They then proceeded to tell me that if I paid $9000 that my dog may survive not having $9000 they wanted me to pay $900 to euthanize her. This was a very emotional time for me and if I had had the $9000 I certainly would have paid to try to save my dog. I took her home and I brought her to a second vet for an additional opinion, and the vet told me that the tumor was in operable. There was nothing that Could be done to help my poor pup. I feel like this veterinary hospital was trying to steal my money and using this emotional time for me and my family as a way to Profit under false pretenses and provide me false hope while I was in an emotional state. Staff was awesome to deal with when we brought our dog in for emergency services. Though the outcome wasn't what we were hoping for, they took the time to explain things and gives us the time to make the propper decision. What's even better was that they were more than patient when we were saying our goodbyes, and showed great care and respect for our dog when she was finally gone and taken out of the room.

Huge thank you to the doctors, techs, and staff for the care they gave my dog July over this past weekend. They were also exceptional when caring for September when she had emergency surgery about a year and a half ago. I would like to say 100/10 service. We have been here on two occasions for our pets emergencies once with our dog and once with our cat both times we experienced nothing but professionalism and guidance. They are super transparent with cost and give options with treatment. The first time we waited a little bit but not long and the second time we waited I think only 45 mins but they took our cat straight back and were patient with her being spicy. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with an emergency.
