I cannot recommend this place enough! Our fur baby became very sick over the weekend and was diagnosed with pyometra, requiring an emergency hysterectomy. We truly believe she may not have made it through the night if it weren’t for the 24-hour weekend care this clinic provides. We had to bring her in late at night, and they performed life-saving surgery in the middle of the night. The entire staff was compassionate and professional. We are especially grateful to Dr. Deeb for the urgency, expertise, and genuine care shown to our baby. Because of them, she is still here and now recovering and thriving. I am very pleased with the care that was provided by the staff! My pet has a lot of anxiety when visiting the vet and they were incredibly understanding and patient throughout the entire visit. They took the time to make my pet feel as comfortable as possible and never rushed us. Their compassion truly went above and beyond, and it made a very stressful situation so much easier to handle. I'm very grateful for the care and kindness they showed both my pet and me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing emergency veterinary care.

Great experience and very professional and friendly staff. My dog got into some grapes causing the need for a late night emergency visit. The facility was clean, and we were assisted right away by friendly staff. I explained what was going on and we were brought to a room right away. The doctor was in immediately and offered options as well as her recommendation for our situation and potential outcomes of each option. We appreciated the ability to pick what worked best for us and felt fully informed. We opted to go with the Doctor recommendation. Pricing was very fair for an emergency vet and we were asked to approve each step of the process and informed of any additional cost. We had a successful treatment and made a full recovery. The folks here are amazing! Our dog was in really rough shape when we brought her in (septic with a 104 fever), and the team here had her back to her normal self and home with us within 24 hours. Dr. Deeb and Dr. Carroll did a fantastic job diagnosing and treating the issue and kept us updated every single step of the way. We felt so comfortable texting/calling to check on our girl, and they truly encouraged us to do so. The vet techs were so sweet to us while we were literal wrecks, assuring us they treat every patient like their own. The facility is brand new, clean, and has top-tier equipment, but it’s the heart of the staff that makes all the difference. If you’re in an emergency, trust this team. Our dog needed an overnight weekend stay due to a sudden illness, and I am so grateful that she was at Animal Emergency Care. We and our regular vet called to let them know that we were headed there, and Dr. Carroll was ready with a stretcher to get her out of our car and into care. They immediately brought her back and started examining her. As soon as was possible, Dr. Deeb gave us detailed information on the testing they had done and the test results. Everyone was so kind as they admitted her for the night. They assured us that we could call or text at anytime, and they kept us updated throughout her stay. They also gave us all the documentation needed to submit pet insurance claims. The care they provided was exceptional, and she was walking out on her own in just over 24 hours. If you
