True angels appear in your path when needed. They come in a form of a compassionate staff and vet. Im sorry I forgot the name of the vet who euthanized our ailing 17 yr old cat Lucy last evening January 6 2026. But I commend your staff for your professionalism and your deep genuine caring— something we and our 17 year old cat needed. Job well done for bringing our cat comfort and peace…RIP to our beautiful Lucy who was trying to be strong when she was so weak

Our older boy Doug was acting off and started shivering. We brought him here and I couldn’t be happier about that decision. We just lost our other dog less than a week prior so this was all pretty scary. The staff were all so sweet, compassionate and attentive. We got Doug worked up and figured out what was wrong and we even got to bring him home to recover, which I didn’t expect. It is also so nice to have pet insurance and be able to tell them to do whatever tests and X-rays they need to!

The girls here were fantastic. Quick and efficient. My dog and I were cared for quickly for an ER. They kept me updated every step of the way and took good care of my pet. Our Dr, Lynn was fabulous! Super informative and patient and allowed me options in my dogs care. I hope I never have to go to an animal ER ever again, however if I did I would go to AEC! My pup is on the mend :) thank you AEC!

The night crew here were angels. We had to bring our small dog in late at night due to being attacked by a random large dog. The wounds ended up being much worse than we could see and they had to put her under to do surgery at 1am. They did an amazing job, and we're so grateful for them for saving our baby's life. Her wound has been healing up well and she's back to her normal self two weeks later. It was such a close call, and if anything had been done differently she wouldn't have made it. I credit the amazing vet Jessica Williams for her skill, intuition and ability to keep us calm while we were in terror our girl wasn't going to make it. Jessica, if you see this, thank you so much for saving Leila's life. You were the kindest, most compassionate person to help us during a really scary

We are so lucky to have them close. Took my old girl doberman in recently. Staff very kind and competent from my initial phone call through discharge. Lovely bedside manner from all. Clean facility. Dr Parker thorough and knowledgeable, offering wide range of potential further work-up options. I was comfortable with her expertise and plan. Vet tech came in after and explained each medication and administration. She was fabulous. It was nice to be able to pay right there in the room vs standing at the front desk with my dog. Also very much appreciate forwarding her visit notes to our regular vet. Everything was seamless and my dog loved being there to flirt with everyone.
