Our visit to this clinic was extremely traumatic for us and for our cat. It was obvious from the start that the staff had no idea how to properly handle a cat. They grabbed her as if she were an object, with no care or understanding, and at one point four different people came into the room to try to manage her. In the end, we had to hold our own cat because they couldn’t do it, and all of us ended up scratched and stressed. What made the situation even worse is that they gave our cat two injections without asking for our permission and without explaining what they were for. We were charged for a full check-up, yet there was no real examination — they only weighed her and briefly listened to her heart. We left in shock. Today was Belle's second visit. My husband and I are just as impressed as the first visit. All of the staff are so genuinely wonderful and caring. We are so happy with how everything went from start to finish. Belle seems to be tolerating her visits well.

One of the WORST VETS EVER. VET John Mucera CLEARLY SHOULD BE NO WHERE NEAR ANIMALS. POSSIBLY EVEN RACIST. first of all he didn’t introduce himself he straight up just stared into my soul and asked “What does Siete mean?” And I tell him what it means and he counting in Spanish and start aggressively tapping his finger on my cats head through the carrier and tells the vet tech “YOU SEE IM LEARNING UNLIKE” just looks straight at her… mind you the tech didn’t even react or say anything to him after and he starts commenting “YOU SEE she’s always mean to me! She always treats me like this” then he takes out my cat out the carrier and aggressively holds my cat. Doesn’t even say anything or ask any other questions just has the vet tech hold my cat. Absolutely unacceptable and disturbing experience. This clinic showed a shocking lack of care, professionalism, and basic veterinary standards. My pet was handled roughly and without any compassion whatsoever. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to take my pet’s weight or vital signs, something that is STANDARD and non negotiable at any legitimate animal clinic.When I spoke up to advocate for my pet, instead of correcting their behavior or taking accountability, they chose to silence me by banning me from the clinic. That response alone should terrify any pet owner. If speaking up for your animal gets you banned, what are they trying to hide? This place clearly prioritizes control over care.
