Terrible experience. I wish I could give 0 stars. PLEASE READ!! • Dr. Matt Ryan failed to answer more than 10 emergency calls I made while trying to save my puppy’s life. • The one time he did answer, after I explained my puppy had gone limp and stopped breathing, his response was simply, “Is there a question?” • He refused to meet me at the clinic during an active emergency situation. • Tori Mann minimized my puppy’s condition and was not transparent about how critically ill he truly was. • No one at the clinic ever referred me to a specialist or emergency hospital — they only continued prescribing medication despite his worsening condition. • Tyler Epes discharged my puppy after having him for hours and reviewing his X-rays, but did not disclose that he had a collapsed lung. • When I

My wife made an appointment for our 6 week old kittens at the last minute. On the website, the place had so many appointment dates and times which made it very flexibility with our schedule. The place was very clean and welcoming. The receptionists were so nice. They informed me and my wife of everything that was needed to be seen. We did the paperwork and meet Dr. Tori Mann. Tori was amazing, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Dr. Tori gave us solutions to alot things. Tori has a welcoming spirit and you can tell she loves animals. Tori handle our kittens with so much love, care and joy. The company has definitely gained new clients. And the other great thing is, me and my wife wasnt in there no longer than 30 minutes. I would recommend this place to others.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the excellent care my pregnant dog received from this clinic. From the initial phone call I made to the clinic, I received kindness and empathy from the receptionist and office manager to Dr Payne who skillfully brought my puppies into the world. They treated me with the kind of compassion not easily found these days. I was not known to them and upon other recommendations, I traveled a hour and a half to receive care for my dog from Dr. Payne. I observed this same caring attitude extended to all of the patients that walked in while I was there. This clinic is truly a diamond in the ruff and I highly recommend them for all of your pets needs.

I cannot say enough good things about how caring they were when I had to have my Bella put to sleep. She was 16 years old. The best dog ever! This was my first time to do this. I had no idea it was such a detailed process. The doctors and staff are so amazing! Loved the print of her paw and name. So sweet.

A great clinic with friendly and caring doctors! We travel over an hour just to continue using them for our babies. They are always willing to work with you to make sure your animals are taken care of. Also very reasonably priced for the Oxford area.
