Very kind staff and veterinarians. I was referred to Animal Care Unlimited because my 24-year-old leopard gecko was nearing the end of her time, and we had our final assessment and cremation plans organized through this practice. The vet who assessed my gecko was very kind and patient, as well as attentive to my concerns and sensitive emotional state. It is this kind of intentional care that one truly needs in such challenging times in one's life. I will forever be thankful for the ease and care that was invested in our visit. We ended up deciding to have our little one cremated, which resulted in a very cute clay remembrance imprint keepsake of her little body. 🦎💔 I highly recommend them.

Really genuine care, they recommended my girl to another place when they didn’t need to for a complex surgery. Shoutout to Dr Spitzer and his Walter White watch and his assistant Deanna for helping my little one. Also all for a great price

Dr. Bryan has been our preferred veterinarian for years now. He conducts himself with empathy, authenticity, and a clear love for the animals he works with. No question too small or concern too innocuous he is always considerate and well spoken. He gave us heartfelt advice and words of consolation during the process of euthanizing one dog, and a framework for success when we adopted our newest. Dr. Berkenbile feels equivalent to a trusted family friend who gives no nonsense advice tempered by a deep passion for his work. Thank you for everything!

They were friendly, but that is it in my experience for what I paid out! As far as knowledgeable about reptiles (specifically bearded dragons in my case .. I don’t think so. I left this place more confused than I came in. No real exam was even performed on my bearded dragon. Never checked his heart, listened to lungs or even checked his mouth for any abnormalities. She stood there and just talked. They talked to me about my enclosure which was fine, and then couldn’t even tell me what the sex of my dragon is even after they stuck a probe up his butt! Never checked his eyes,. Never checked him over at all just stood there talking about stuff I already know. I could have done that online and got the same replies. Still waiting to hear back about the fecal exam. Honestly I personally do not

First time here with a new pet Gecko. Dr. Olson was amazing and so was Katherine. I was doing a few things that needed tweaked in care but they made me more knowledgeable and comfortable and were very kind about my limited experience. Highly recommended. Front office staff were very friendly - appointment was prompt and everything was so clean. Thank you all so much
