I initially began this review typing out, in great detail, our experience as first-time customers and our 13 year old feline patient. I changed my mind. Here is what you need to know: the staff is friendly. Dr. Flood is verbose and I’m now convinced he exploited our pain and vulnerability for money. The original quote I was given was $660, which is expensive for an exam, on-site bloodwork that was done in minutes, and a urine and fecal dip test. By the time we left, the final bill was over $1000. He told us he would not charge us for the additional, daily stop ins for the administration of fluids, however upon check out, that changed to $56 per visit and they were only waiving the disposal fee. Dr. flood and his staff are more than amazing they truly care about the animals. Very professional I can’t say enough. Very responsive they go out of their way to make sure your pet is safe and happy. If you’re looking for a veterinarian, I strongly suggest to visit their office. I’ve been with them at least 16 years.

I’ve taken guinea pigs, and 3 Puggles to Dr. Flood and he’s amazing. Up to date on all the info to take care of my pets. He’s USDA accredited, and is AAHA accredited. These are high marks for a vet. Can’t get any better than that! He takes the time to talk with you, too. He really loves what he does.

I've been a patient of Dr. Flood's for over 10 years. My first dog Oakley went through all of the things and Dr. Flood stitched her and fixed her and she lived a great life. I now have four dogs and Dr. Flood and his staff couldn't be any better to help navigate the fun that comes with having four dogs during vet time. I love everything about this place, but especially the time and care Dr. Flood spends with his patients.
