I am so surprised to read the negative experiences. We have taken our elderly cat, Handsome, there twice and both times were impressed with the vet and staff. The service, care, and compassion was 5 ⭐ The most recent visit was due to an abnormal growth on his left front paw that was causing him a lot of pain and affecting his mobility. It was most likely due to being declawed many years ago and before we got him. Animal-AM Emergency was not our regular vet; I was there for a 2nd opinion on the growth, specifically, was surgery an option. Dr. Vicky C. was the vet we met with. We discussed the pros, cons, and risks of surgery (he has a heart murmur). She was professional and to the point. We decided to go for it. My five dogs and cat are ongiong patients of this clinic. Each one has required special care and this clinic has been the absolute best. My pets are my family but I would actually trust my human family with this clinic as well. I recommend everyone I know to them. The facility is clean, the whole team is kind, careful and highly skilled and I cannot say enough great things.

I had a family friend tell me about this place where she took her dogs. She told me she had her dogs cremated there. Well my sweet Rusty who I have had for almost 18 years had passed away unexpectedly. I was in a state of shock so my family friend told me to call them. When I called I told the receptionist my situation that my cat just had passed away and if it was possible to have her cremated with them, she told me absolutely. I told her my fiance would be bringing her. When he got there she already had the papers to fill out ready for him to sign. The price was affordable. They went above and beyond our expectations.
