Ani-Mall Pet Hospital

Sadly, our cat became very ill and needed to be euthanized. We are newer to the area, and brought our cat to Ani-Mall for a second opinion. The vet was very kind and gentle with our pet. She reviewed the X-ray and explained our cat's illness to us. She completed "Quality of Life" exam, and unfortunately, we needed to make the "dreaded appointment". Although it was a very, very sad day, we were impressed with the kindness of the staff at Ani-Mall, to our pet, Blue, and us. They were loving, patient, and explained everything to us. We said good-bye to our pet on Monday, and by the weekend, we received a beautiful handwritten card from Dr. Johnson and the Staff of Ani-Mall, expressing their sympathy for the loss of Blue. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives such peace of mind. The veterinarians are caring, gentle, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every animal. The vet staff and front desk staff are also incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to make visits stress-free. Staff here are very kind and compassionate to their furry population of clients. They helped us to bring a family members pet up to date on vaccines when it became necessary and we were grateful for the prompt, flexible service for an animal who was not even our own.
