I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the vets and techs that care for my dog. He has to be sedated for his nail trims. The vet actually laid on the floor with him and soothed him while they trimmed his nails as he would jerk awake each time they snipped a nail. This clinic has made life a little easier for my pup. love it here.

During Covid their adoptions became appointment only. Makes sense for that time, but the policy still exists. Meaning in order to even see the animals an appointment is needed. I understand this may help weed out people who aren't actually planning to adopt and just want to see the pets, however it also weeds out the casually interested. We lost one of our cats and finally felt like it may be time for a new playmate for the other one so we stopped in on a whim. We were turned away without an appointment and no option to get one same day. The online descriptions are not enough, and the pictures are few. There is no way this policy is in the best interest of cats getting adopted. For every one person like us who turned up to get turned away, there are many more who saw appointment only and

I submitted an application for cat adoption 2/28. It said they need about 48 hours to review. I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday afternoon so I called twice, left 1 voice mail, and emailed them to see about getting in Thursday. I did not hear back from them until 3/7. My heart broken grandma couldn't wait for my next day off to get a new kitty after having to put her long time companion cat down 2/27 so I had to find somewhere else to adopt from since I live 2 hours away and work a crazy schedule. I'm really disappointed with the delay in communication. I like to adopt from places that have helped me out in the past, and really wanted to adopt here.

We recently rescued a kitten and scheduled to have the cat neutered. The arrangements were tricky as the facility was far away, and I work at the hospital early. My son called to tell me that they canceled his appt. He was not sure why and asked me to call them. I called and the receptionist was lovely, but put me on the phone with "Della" maybe. She refused to repeat her name. She said it was canceled bc of a possible heart murmur the cat had. I asked about the money they had me prepay and she wouldn't respond. I did express that I would not be able to take the cat for a big work up as she stated. As I was seated around several other drs and nurses, she proceeded to tell me to learn to save my money. I am a single mom of three, but I said she wasn't being kind and she kept laughing and sa

Nearly impossible to get ahold of, leave a voicemail and get a call back sometimes days later if at all. Adopted my beagle from here in 2020 and since i moved to another state and came back home they will not treat him since he hasn't been there in over 18 months because they're no longer accepting new patients. I think that's ridiculous to turn away a dog that was adopted from YOUR facility. Probably for the best as they've just gotten harder and harder to get ahold of throughout the years. Maybe hire more staff and you could keep up with the demand!
