It’s been a long time since this happened, I couldn’t decide whether to say anything, that’s my mistake. This happened may 28th 2024. I took my dog to get a bath and blow dried. When I came to get her, she had a severely swollen face around her eye. I had just gotten her and I couldn’t tell if I was seeing things correctly, but the person that handed her over to me alluded to something happening while she was there. She acted like she wasn’t allowed to directly say anything about what happened. I have a lot of childhood trauma and so I struggle to speak up about things, or I would have been asking a lot more questions and probably filed a report. My dog is extremely docile. There’s no way she tried to do anything warranting extreme action on a handlers part. I’ve groomed her many times si

I boarded my cat, Ziva, through Thanksgiving break. The staff was so wonderful and kind towards my girl! I 100% recommend this boarding facility. The staff are the sweetest!

Our Golden doodle has stayed here multiple times. We’ve never had an issue with boarding. However, twice we’ve asked for and this time paid for daily brushing to ensure no matting. At the end of her stay we had her groomed and she came home scalped. This time bleeding. Please know they will not brush daily even if you pay for the service and they will scalp your pet to the point of blood.

American Pet Spa is amazing! The staff is so friendly and they’re so great to all the pups! Our dog loves going there and their manager there. Mary is absolutely awesome. It’s so fun because they have play times with the other dogs, but they don’t share the same water bowls so you don’t have some of the sicknesses and illnesses you have at other places. Strongly recommend.

My review is posted on Yelp, and will soon be posted on Google Reviews. APS&Resort used to be a wonderful place to do business, but the rude manager they recently hired is too much. Also, by comparison, the care of dogs there is not superior, so why do they charge much higher boarding rates?
