Alum Rock Grooming

Don't ever take your dogs to this sketchy place they did bad service to my Pomeranians! They cut their hair very badly. They called me and said my dogs were too loud, I pick up my dogs and my male dog was in pain in the leg. I don't know what they did to him. Please don't go to this place avoid it! I have before and after pictures.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I bring my puppies here often but 2 times ago they cut my Pomeranian hair not quite what I wanted. The lion’s mane was nice but to long and got in his food. So I took him back for a trim. All I asked was for them to trim the mane but instead cut all his hair way to short.

Overall good experience. Got hung up on the short vs medium cut. They were not able to describe the difference. I was able to get what I wanted in the end,short.

If there was 0 stars I would give them. My dog is been groomed several times before without any complications or events at other places . I visited this place due to a recommendation that they treat the dogs better and are caring, ive been 2 times at this place, and Every single time they call me 10 min after and say come get your dog we can't service him, no explanations given. They are talking about a 10lbs Maltepoo that has never bit anybody ever. Rude staff. If I were you, I would never take my dog to this sketchy place.
