Our little miss Olivia has been at Aloha since Oct of 2020. She does fitness club / fetch club / grooming / boarding. She loves going there - she loves the staff. Everyone is so easy to work with and I love seeing the snap pictures - she loves her night time tuck ins when boarding as much as I do because I know she goes to sleep happy! They also do great themed photos thru the year too
I've never had to take a pet to be groomed so had no idea about the experience. Last week I took my little guy to a competitor to be groomed, paid more than I did today and couldn't even tell the competitor had done anything! I picked my little guy up in a fraction of the time it took the competition and he looked SO GOOD! Hailey at Aloha did such a nice job on my baby, he looks sooooo good!! I highly recommend Aloha. The staff is welcoming to humans and their pets and they do a really good job!!
Our dogs love Aloha and I know they are well cared for while they are there. Fitness club gets them some much needed exercise and socializing when we are away. We have used some training as well and they are very knowledgeable.The staff is always courteous and accommodating.
Highly Recommend Aloha for Boarding, Fitness Club, and Grooming! We've been loyal customers of Aloha Pet Resort & Spa in Cedar Falls for a while now, using their boarding services, Fitness Club (doggie daycare), and regular grooming for our dog Alfie. They never disappoint! The staff is incredibly flexible with scheduling—whether it's last-minute boarding or fitting in a a fitness club, they're always accommodating and easy to work with. The facility is spotless and well-maintained. Alfie comes home happy, tired from playtime in the Fitness Club, and looking sharp after his grooms. It's clear the team genuinely cares about the animals, and we feel completely at ease leaving Alfie in their hands. If you're in the Cedar Falls area and need top-notch pet care, Aloha is the place to go!
